The Purity Status of Food Contaminated by Dead Insects According to Islamic Scholars

Problem Description:
There was a glass containing honey that had been entered by an ant, and then the ant died inside the glass. Because he was in a hurry, Muhammad took the glass and poured it into another glass that contained eggs.

Question:
Does the egg in that glass become impure (najis)?

Answer:
The glass and the egg are not impure.

وَمَفْهُوْمُ قَوْلِهِمَا اي الشَّرْحِ والحَاوِي الصَّغِيْرَيْنِ (بِعْدَ مَوْتِهَا قَصْدًا) أَنَّهُ لَوْ طَرَحَهَا شَخْصٌ بِلَا قَصْدٍ أَوْ قَصَدَ طَرْحَهَا عَلى مَكَانٍ آخَرَ فَوَقَعَتْ فِي الْمَائِعِ اوْ أَخَذَ المَيْتَةَ لِيُخْرِجَهَا فَوَقَعَتْ فِيْهِ بَعْدَ رَفْعِهَا مِنْ غَيْر قَصْدٍ إِلَى رَمْيِهَا فِيْهِ مِنْ غَيْر تَقْصِيْرٍ بَلْ قَصَدَ إِخْرَاجَهَا فَوَقَعَتْ فِيْهِ بِغَيْرِ اخْتِيَارِهِ-إلى أن قال-اِنَّهُ لَا يَضُرُّ وَهُوَ كَذَلِكَ اهـ.
