Problem Description:
If a bathroom is not cleaned for a long time, the water will change because it mixes with various other substances, including soap.
Question:
Is it permissible to use water that has changed due to mixing with soap for purification (wudhu or ghusl)?
Answer:
If the mixture changes the name of the water so that it becomes “soapy water,” then it is not permissible. If it does not reach the level of changing its name, then it is permissible.
